Commercial Sales Manager

£20,000 - £28,000 (with OTEs of £12,000 per annum) coupled with an excellent benefits package

If you have said yes to any of the above then this role is great for you. The role is looking for a customer focused individual, who is able to incorporate business development, relationship management and account management to sell a variety of hospitality venues, both face to face and over the phone.

It is a great time to get time to get involved with the company. They are exploring a lot of new exciting avenues and have recently increased licensing. They are looking for a professional, personable person, with a great sales head and creative flare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the implementation of strategies and techniques necessary for achieving personal sales targets.
  • Generating and managing personal leads.
  • You will be required to meet clients on multiple occasions and present to them face-to-face.
  • Achieve the minimum weekly KPI’s of 15 client appointments and/or 100 effective client telephone calls each week.
  • Participate at relevant network events.
  • Ensure all activity is tracked and recorded.
  • To undertake other reasonable responsibilities and projects as instructed by their line manager and department head.

  • Sales experience
  • Worked within a faced paced Sales environment, with consistent target achievement.
  • Clean driving license (own car) – FREE PARKING
