The hours are 35 per week.
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

JOB ROLE

  • To receive and respond to incoming calls in relation to quotations, queries, and complaints
  • Speaking to new and existing customers over the phone
  • To gather information from clients to assess their insurance needs and providing resolutions where possible.
  • Ensure positive relationships with insurers
  • Accurate data entry
  • Problem-solving
  • Work towards targets

  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Able to prioritise work load
